This week, I read two articles about Insights: Creating Insights Statements and Examples of Insights for Design. For the first article, I made a mind map, which I think can help me remember and understand the process very well.

In the design insights example article, I learned that design should be A>B, where the relevance of the actual product is greater than the relevance of the data. The design should be based on people’s experience. We need to take a closer look at the design points in our lives and make what the “user” thinks is good, not what the “data” thinks is good.
